Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") of PIXBO STUDIO, s.r.o., ID: 08995729, registered office Mnetěš 199, 413 01 Roudnice nad Labem, registered at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, file ref. C 45006, contact email: obchod@pixbo.io (hereinafter "Supplier") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Supplier and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "Client") in the provision of audiovisual, production, and related services. These T&C form an integral part of every order or work contract.

"Studio"

—multimedia studio operated by the Supplier for the production of audiovisual content, address: U Pergamenky 1522, 170 00 Prague 7-Holešovice;

"Work"

—the result of creative activity produced on the basis of the Client's order and brief;

"Services"

—collective term for the Work, Studio rental, or Additional Services;

"Project"

—the set of tasks associated with creating the Work or renting the Studio;

"Feedback"

—comments and remarks from the Client on created versions of the Work;

"Raw Data"

—output from recording devices (cameras, recorders, etc.) without any processing by the Supplier;

"Additional Services"

—supplementary services for the creation of the Work or Studio rental.

Services may be ordered verbally or in writing, or via an electronic booking system or form on the Supplier's website. An order becomes binding once submitted and subsequently confirmed by the Supplier. For larger projects or long-term cooperation, a Work Contract or Framework Work Contract specifying individual terms (price, delivery dates, number of feedback rounds, etc.) may or may not be concluded.

Service prices are governed by the current price list published on the Supplier's website or by an individual price quote. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. In the event of the Client's default in the payment of an invoice, the Supplier is entitled to charge statutory interest on late payments at the rate set by Government Regulation No. 351/2013 Coll., i.e. at the Czech National Bank repo rate applicable on the first day of the delay increased by 8 percentage points, for each day of delay.

A confirmed shoot date may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 5 business days before the planned shoot date.

Delivery times are agreed individually based on project scope and the Supplier's current capacity. Express delivery within 2 business days is available only by prior agreement and is subject to an express surcharge.

The Work is delivered via an online storage service (e.g. Google Drive). The Client is obliged to inspect the Work without undue delay.

The Supplier retains Raw Data and project files for 3 months from the shoot date unless otherwise agreed. After this period, data may be permanently deleted without further notice. Extended retention of raw data is available by individual arrangement at an additional fee.

Three rounds of feedback are included in the price unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are charged at CZK 1,200/hour.

Economic rights to the Work transfer to the Client upon full payment of the price. The Supplier remains the author of the Work. The licence is granted as exclusive, unlimited in time and territory. The licence does not include the right to modify the Work without the Supplier's consent. The Supplier is entitled to reference the Client (name + logo) and the Work on its communication channels (website, social media, etc.) as a portfolio reference, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. via a Framework Agreement or NDA).

The Supplier is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the Work, technical errors caused by third parties, or delays caused by force majeure (e.g. power outage, crew illness, natural events).

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable Czech law.

Disputes shall be resolved primarily by amicable means. In the event of legal proceedings, the court with jurisdiction over the Supplier's registered office shall have local jurisdiction.
